I am responsible for: managing the whole company, determining the company’s direction and strategy, recruiting key personnel, managing meetings and people, supervising, sales, motivating the team, and of course, making all the key decisions.
A little bit about me: I am ambitious, tenacious, responsible and optimistic. Above all, I am a manager/businessman who takes a human approach to things. I worked as a sales manager at various companies for years and even tried my hand at door-to-door sales. I capitalised fully on this experience while establishing this company, which achieved growth in its turnover in its first four years from zero to five million euros. I am constantly improving my education in personal development, business, management and NLP. I love exercise and sports, improving my physical stamina, meditation, education, travelling to exotic countries and piloting planes.

I am responsible for: recruiting high-quality personnel, planning and checking work, providing mental and moral support to employees, checking on compliance with all working conditions and safety regulations by employees.
A little bit about me: I remember the days when I started working in the company as a scaffolder. There were only three of us as employees, but now there are more than 100. I have over eight years of experience managing people, something which I also apply to a great extent in our company. My childhood dream was always to manage something, and I think, on the basis of the results we achieve, it is something I do very well. The whole team, of course, also takes credit for these results. The best way for me to relax after work is to get on a quad bike, switch my phone off for a whole day and cruise through forests and fields and along muddy paths. When I do that, I don’t have to think about anything else and can really blow away the cobwebs.

I am responsible for: finance, payroll, payments and procurement.
A little bit about me: I always had a good head for maths, logic and analysis. Unless I am by chance overcome by a bout of laziness, this is why I can learn virtually anything quite easily. This is basically why one of my hobbies is learning new things and trying everything that others find complicated. After all, the root of the word complicated/complexity is the word compile. This logically means that anything which is complicated is just a pile of simple things in a heap.

I am responsible for: employment contracts, contracts for work, searching for and purchasing flight tickets and accommodation, employee records, contracts and much more.
A little bit about me: I studied history, Slovak language and literature at the Faculty of Education, Comenius University. As well as studying, I worked in cafes, and after finishing my studies, I worked for two years in administration. I have been part of ALUKO for several years now. In my free time, I enjoy reading, skiing and travelling to interesting locations. I liked travelling to Japan the most and am definitely planning to return there again.

I am responsible for: human resources and payroll, invoices, travel orders and deposits.
A little bit about me: I studied trade and business and during my education. I gained some work experience at Mercedes as an admin worker. I later worked there managing receivables. I have also worked at other automotive companies, gaining more experience in this field. I also have five years of work experience in business correspondence and administration and have gained an HR and Payroll certificate. I am communicative, responsible and ambitious. I take a positive approach to problem-solving and work well in a team. I enjoy new challenges, learning new things and moving forward.

I am responsible for: running the office and accounting.
A little bit about me: I started out in the company as an office assistant and was responsible for orders, invoicing, payroll and handling ferries and flight tickets. I also assumed responsibility for accounting in 2019. In the past, I have also worked abroad in hospitality and tourism, which, of course, relates to my love of travel. Among other things, I am also the “mother” of our company mascot Teo.
I am responsible for the functioning and management of the Human Resources department in the company, recruitment of new employees, organization and management of selection processes and taking care of employees and subcontractors.
A little about me: I have been recruiting and providing comprehensive employee care for the engineering and construction industry professionally since 2011. I find the dynamics that this work really enjoyable.
Working with people brings daily challenges that I try to overcome always with a smile. I mainly spend my free time with family, hiking and running.
I attended primary and secondary school in Germany and the USA. I successfully completed my Master’s degree at the Faculty of Management of Comenius University in Slovakia. After my studies I worked in administration. I like to learn new languages, at the moment I am fully dedicated to Japanese. Besides that, I like travelling and sports.

I ended a master’s degree at Faculty of Education Matej Bel University. I had been working abroad over three years. When afterwards I returned to Slovakia I was hired in an administrative field where I was working with people.
Under the terms of communication skills, assertiveness, reliability, and self-reliance are standard attributes to me. In my leisure time I like reading books and I do sport actively.

I am responsible for: acquiring new partners and contracts throughout Scandinavia and looking after current partners.
A little bit about me: I studied a completely different field at university than the one I currently work in. Despite being a qualified PE teacher, I started working at ALUKO as a construction worker. I spent almost three months in the Swedish city of Lulea and then received an offer for the position which I currently hold. My hobbies include travel and sport, above all football, which I have actively played for almost 20 years now. I also love the natural world and hunting.

I am responsible for: companies in Germany, invoicing and arranging materials for invoicing, scheduling, arranging accommodation, checking finances on the German market and organising orders.
A little bit about me: I have many years of experience in construction on the German and Austrian markets. In the past, I organised collaboration on these markets, and in my position as Office Manager, made sure the whole office ran smoothly. The most important thing to me is maintaining good relationships with our partners. On top of this, I am always ready to handle various tasks and challenges.

I am responsible for: managing the company’s databases, running the office in Žilina, selecting employees, organising the commencement of employee tours of duty, managing the warehouse and fleet.
A little bit about me: I have many years of experience in construction, specifically with scaffolding. As a result of this experience, which I gained abroad, I am now the Project Manager & Coordinator. My job is selecting suitable candidates for employment and their integration into our company. I am also responsible for organising employee tours of duty, managing the company’s databases, managing the warehouse and the company’s vehicle fleet.

I am responsible for: making sure that everyone around me is in a good mood.
A little bit about me: I like having things under control and really don’t like to make compromises. If I feel like taking a walk, I simply go for a walk. I eat just about anything that doesn’t eat me. My favourite place in the office is the Tuli bean bag, and no, I am not at all spoilt, despite everyone saying that about me!
Project Managers for Scaffolding
I have been working as a scaffolder for 16 years and have experience with different types of scaffolding. I am responsible, flexible and fair. My priority is my family and in my spare time I enjoy hiking, swimming and I like to watch a good movie or read an interesting book.
I have been doing this work for about seven years now and I have come a long way, during which I learned to deal with and manage the different situations that this job entails. In the beginning I did not expect to be so interested in this kind of scaffolding work myself, but today I am happy to say that I take my work as a hobby. I consider myself a friendly and communicative person who has no problem coping with stress.
I studied accounting and business at the Business Academy in Prievidza. After school, I knew that it was not a job I wanted to do long-term, so I tried different positions – from metal-manufacturing to gastro. In 2019, I told myself it was time for a change again and joined ALUKO as a scaffolding warehouseman in Sweden. With the help of management and colleagues, I worked my way up to assistant scaffolder and later team leader. I have never been a stranger to responsibility for people and our performance. In 2022 my efforts were again appreciated and I received a promotion to my current position. I enjoy spending my time with my daughter, my wife and rest of the family.
I have many years of scaffolding experience all over Europe. One of my keys to success is managing, coordinating and motivating the workforce to ensure that the team works as efficiently as possible.

I am responsible for: projects in Sweden and Germany, coordination of teams and activities on projects in these countries.
Something about me: scaffolding is my life and working with it fulfills me perfectly. It is therefore no surprise that I have been with ALUKO for so many years. My hobbies include skiing, motorbikes and cars. And actually anything with an engine. At the same time, I’m a family man and I like to spend my free time with family and my son.
Project Managers for Construction
From previous employment, I mainly use management skills such as a proactive approach to work. It allows me to look for alternative solutions to avoid potential problems. I am goal-oriented, creative in my own way, consistent and above all responsible. I strive to be loyal and look ahead as there is always something to improve. Reliability is one of the qualities that my colleagues appreciate in me when dealing with various problems not only at work, as we spend time together outside of work as well. I enjoy spending time with my family, self-education, travel and sports.
